I think 10-20c lows are all pretty good for sleep, above that you get problems. In my perfect climate the kows are gonna be between 10-20c the whole year
Its really windy according to wunderground. Thats by the El Loa airport, maybe the city is slightly less windy.
Another issue is the extreme strength of the sun at that altitude and latitude. Since its so windy, it might feel OK though to be out in the sun during the day. But the difference in "feels like" temps between the middle of the day and during the night when the sun has set and its still windy must be extreme.
With a low humidity 23c is not going to feel bad no matter how strong the sun is. If anything its probably gonnna feel kinda chilly because of the wind and the dryness, I remember one day in NYC this June it was 71f but it felt very cold because of the wind and the low dewpoint
F. Nigh rainless climates always get F's, regardless of how comfortable temps are. Btw what's with the random monthy rainfall totals? January 17 mm, really? Did it get a huge storm that skewed the 30-year averages?
Average highs of over 20 degrees in every month is not pleasant to a Patagonian like me.
It's an E climate to me. Summers are somewhat good.
Portenos say it's cold whenever it's less than 15c and then they say it's hot whenever it's warmer than 20c, their range of good weather is so small. I wonder if San Fransciscans say the same

I'm not quite sure. In the intro on its wiki page, it says it averages only 5 mm of rainfall per year compared to the 35 mm in the climate tab. The 17 mm January rain could have something to do with El Niño or something making it rain a lot some years whereas it's dry most years or something like that, I don't know.
Nights are too cold and it's way too dry. But good daytime temps.

So, for you, these comfortable places get the same rating as say, Vostok Station and Mecca, just because they lack rain?

Averages 5.7mm per year, according to chilean national weather service: Dirección Meteorológica de Chile (click on ClimatologÃa, then on informe de precipitaciones)
So another fake wiki data, how strange
