Normally, it would be around 65 F / 18 C but the heater in my room is struggling to keep up with the unusually cold temperatures outside. Great sleeping temperature, but a bit chilly to be awake in.
My apartment stays between about 20C/68F (at night) and 22 or 23C/73F (daytime). I'm on the second level and have neighbor apartments above, below and on both sides. I have north and south facing, heavy double pane windows. The heating system is hot water wall panels, which are heated from a basement heat exchanger tank that is hooked up to the municipal steam heating system. The big coal fired power plant for the city also supplies the steam for the underground steam pipes, and the result is the best apartment heating system that you can ask for. The walls are more than 30 cm / 1 foot thick with concrete and heavy insulation. I usually open some windows for a while every day to let in fresh air, but the apartment warms back up very quick.
