Yea I'm looking at the source and I think the "average high" for each month may actually be the "mean maximum" and the "average low" may be the "mean minimum."

Sorry that's what I meant to say. Also Potato Hill is actually not even part of Mt. Adams, it's an extinct volcanic cone that sits on a plateau that is about 4,500 - 5,000 ft elevation north of Mt. Adams.
