Or warmest/coldest respectively if in the southern hemisphere. They have to be north of the Tropic of Cancer or south of the Tropic of Capricorn to ensure some seasonality. I can certainly find cities where June is the hottest (usually in subtropical locations that experience a summer monsoon), as well as many cities where December is the coldest (certain locations in Alaska, B.C, Washington and California). But I have not been able to find cities or towns satisfying both criteria.

Then probably nowhere makes the cut here in North America, except maybe somewhere in Northern Mexico. Nogales and El Paso both have their coldest month in December, and warmest highs in June, but July overall slightly warmer cause of lows
