Chicago, because Marseille is too sunny and 1.4 days of precipitation in July is dreadful!

It's one of those "ask me in summer and I'd say Chicago and ask me in winter and I'd say Marseille"

I do think however that Marseille generally has more days with comfortable temps so therefore it has to win for me, even though Chicago is okay for being a Dfa climate!

Marseille is much less muggy in the summer, and you're not freezing your ass off in the winter, and it's very sunny.
