I'd say it gets a D+. Temperatures are like C maybe, but honestly, that amount of snow would be so annoying. Any kind of snow cover thicker than 20 cm is just too much. It's not nice having to wade through 50-100 cm snow...
Reminds of Chester, California though. Only difference really is that Chester has higher highs in winter. Other than that, they're almost identical. Feel free anyone to do a climate battle between Stehekin and Chester :P
I think I'd take Chester myself. Partly because you won't be as cold in the winter, but also because the snow won't be able to grow as thick because of melting during the day. On the other hand there will be a lot of ice and hard, icy snow.

Chester is definitely within my favorable range of climates but its diurnal range is a bit too much and its winter (the period when snow can occur) lasts too long. I still pick Stehekin

I'll give it a C- because it's exciting at least
We don't actually get that much snow, especially not recently where we've been struggling to even hit 30cm. Although when I was younger, I remember having to trek through snow up above my waist, and it's a mission to say the least made much easier by the fact that I was wearing overalls back then...
I'll give it a B...going under the assumption that sunshine hours are on the high side (especially during summer). Summer highs are higher than ideal, but the lower humidity and cool nights would make it more tolerable. Winters are perfect.
C, a really good 4 season climate. Snowy winters and warm dry summers.
