Heaviest rates with Thundersnow. I experienced it once here. Was outside doing a measurement and a flash of light hit the area then a muffled boom. I was like whoa!!! Stayed out there in heavy snow waiting for another. Didnt happen again. Was a NorEaster as well
A different world between my house and work. I tried "out driving" the storm this morning, but got caught in the snow on my way in. Luckily it was just starting and traffic is light this week so no issues. When I got to work there was freezing rain there.
Got at least an inch of snow here. Local roads are icy. Will take a picture tomorrow morning.
