Indianapolis might see its first 80 F+ Degree day late this week or on This Saturday; Highs tomorrow look like they will reach the mid 70's, as I have noted in my earlier posts, I feel that the city of Indianapolis May well be finished with freezing temperatures for this season, I wish that I could say the same thing about the prospect for frosts( lows of 36F but still above 32F) the remainder of this season but since the outlying suburbs of Indianapolis still recorded some patchy frost this morning, to make such a naive prediction for Indianapolis, or more precisely, the greater Indianapolis metro area being done with frost this season is still too far fetched right now at least

An ideal mid-spring day would be upper 60s with low humidity. The kind of day where you can wear a light jacket and feel comfortable.
However, I want all my summer days in the upper 80s and 90s. Dews at least 68f. Call me a lizard but I actually like humidity in the summer.

Meanwhile we are forecast highs of 46f for the forseeable. It's sickening how America is cold for weeks on end, then leaves us behind in April warming way up into the 70's.

How is it sickening? We've suffered 3 weeks of record cold weather, now it's time to regress to the mean

Oh come on. You even said yesterday that 14 of your last 17 months have been above average. Three weeks of cold weather is not the end of the world.

Yeah, but before that we had a stretch of 8 below average months out of 10. Actually it looks a bit uglier if you include 2014 where something like 7 or 8 additional months were below average

Since about halfway through 2011, something like 85% of our months have been above average. It really has been atrocious in a climate that sucks already anyways.

Bag of soil, $5
AC bill, $100
Walking out in short sleeves at 11pm in April. Priceless

Bitter sweet. Wish this happened in March instead. Those below freezing nights and days in 30s&40s got annoying
