I don't know what the records are, but the lowest I've seen the dewpoint go here in Phoenix was -7°F/-21.7°C, and it was newsworthy, 2% humidity airtemp was over 90°F/32.2°C at the time

Interesting question but I don't think there's data on this in America and if there is I'm not sure where to find it.

I'm guessing something like -10c or -12c in January, on the coldest days. We almost never go down below 10c in the summer either.

The current period is very dry though, dews remain below freezing point. Next week appears to be more humid. Let's see...

Lowest dewpoint in the last 10 years is 4F. I don't have the motivation to manually search through every year for a lower one so that's what I'm going for. If I had to guess i'd bet it looks like this.

Jan: 4F
Feb: 11F
Mar: 16F
April: 25F
May: 35F
June: 49F
July:59F
August: 61F
September: 52F
October: 33F
November: 17F
December: 4F

-15C (I think?) with the temperature being around 27C. And it happened last spring.

I doubt that we had lower dewpoints. But I don't know.
