I'd guess February will move a bit too the milder side still, maybe as much as 0.2C until 2020.

February having lower diurnal variations seem to be the latest trend. Our last properly cold February was back in 2011... a long way back.

Using the official data from met.no, I have calculated the 24-hr monthly mean for 1986-2015.
This will be close to the 1991-2020.

The difference (mean) for Trondheim Airport Værnes in 1986-2015 compared to the last offical normal period 1961-90 is:

January: +1.9ºC
Feb: +1.5ºC
Mar:+1.1ºC
Apr: +1.4ºC
May: +0.1ºC
Jun: +0.1ºC
Jul: +1.3ºC
Aug: +1.2ºC
Sep: +1.2ºC
Oct: +0.4ºC
Nov: +1.4ºC
Dec: +0.9ºC

So very noticable differences.
Both the high and the low has warmed, but the low has warmed more.
1991-2020 will highly likely be somewhat warmer than 1986-2015.

Not sure about precipitation.
September is more of a summer month here compared to earlier.
Less snow in winter in the lowland due to milder winters.
April much warmer.
June-July difference has increased because July and Aug are warmer than before.

It was around 1990 when our climate really started to warm up, so the trend below in particular will look quite a bit more stark once the snowy 80s are taken out of the picture. Our local ice day average as well is going to fall from 6.1 to maybe even below 4 a year.

I haven't worked it out but I'm guessing the most noticeable other differences from the 1991-2020 period will be warmer Aprils and Octobers and sunnier Decembers.

Warmer and wetter winters with less snow, though 2007 was the all time record for most snowfall.

Spring, summer and fall haven't changed so much. Spring and fall are a bit warmer, but summer isn't.
