California will need it, so I guess it has to pass as good news! Very unlikely for massive wildfires next summer now too I guess with the soil having gotten so much water? Hopefully no one will get hurt though.
With much vegetation having been burned or having died off from drought, they may have landslides now. But I hope they make the most of this rain. What if they're in a rainy trend now all Spring and Summer?
