Avg last frost date for last 30 years is April 1st. Last frost/freeze this year so far was March 24th with a 32 temp. Last time we had a frost this late was in 1988 on April 22nd.
All long range models (15 day ensembles and 10 day deterministic) show no temps below 40'sF.
I'd say yeah frost/freeze threat is over for this year. All fruit trees are in bloom and tomato plants have been for sale for the last couple weeks now. Farmers planting all their crops out now in the southern NJ area across the river from here.

We are catching up to them very fast. Should be fully green by the end of April. Especially with the 80'sF in our extended forecast at the end of April.
