European take out all the snow for Esquel and show only rain now, but Gfs keep showing some snowfall, probably mixed precipitation during friday night.
Here is Gfs 18z snow total for this storm,the second image is the temperature anomaly(F), seems it will be quite cold on the plateau, can you see the center of the storm?

Gfs is keeping the strong cold air until now of the season for subtropical area next week, probably frosts will cover the region,and the problem is, if this happen, the Southern Brazil soy planters would lose many plantations because them harvest will be by late April, look at this, what other TROPICAL CLIMATE can have a -30F ANOMALY like Paraguay? here some maps :

Yup, unfortunately they only show with this configuration, the interesting is the white on Southern Brazil, which means a lot of close or below freezing temperatures there on the higher altitude areas..
Also did it snowed in Esquel?

Snow cover north of General Carrera lake by Nasa Worldview, interesting that most of snow has fallen north of the lake, a lake effect maybe?
