Albuquerque is pretty much what the temperatures will be like, but precipitation probably won't change that much.

I've been every one of these places, and Albuquerque is drier and more stable, due to being shielded by mountains on three sides (W,N,E). Where Goodland, like Amarillo is semi-arid rolling prairie. So I voted Amarillo
