That'll probably be just a couple of degrees lower than death valley if it happens.

Looks like most of the intense heat will be in the West during the early part of summer. The high temperature forecasts remind me of 1994.

If this is destined to be a mild summer in the East, then at least Pittsburgh has already gotten on the board with a 90°F day. The high temperature on Tuesday (June 13) was 91°F.

I see some freezing temps this morning June 15th. What does 30s feel like in June? It's finally under 63° here and its chilly. LOLOL.

Yup, it was one of the things that caught my eye the other day when playing the anomaly loop next 14 days. There was 1 common theme in the maps I posted.

As far as the rest of us in the East..... UP & DOWN pattern. No persistent heat or cold and no extremes. Warming, cooling, warming, cooling within next 10 days. Just like the Earth next 10 decades.
