Looks like the jet stream will track right through the Great Lakes. There's potential for a slightly above average summer for the eastern lakes if the jet cooperates.
Total Case in point why I have such a problem looking at multiple days, months, and years as an average. It was a very well above normal summer in 2010, 11, 12 which means 1-3 yrs skewing the reality of the average of 6 yrs worth shown on that map. Or 2015 & 16 well below normal and not really showing on the map on right. You wont know until you look at individual years.
