Typical of this summer, I see 30s (90s) in the forecast this week for BC interior,
Kelowna, Kamloops, Osoyoos, even a day or two above 90 for Regina but
cool low 70s all week for southern Ontario. Not complaining too much though,
don't need AC and there will be plently of sunshine.

Why can't we have sunshine and warm temps though?? Every day below average except for one...
A couple of people, it's possible that the readings are correct I guess but jt just seems odd that that station would be so out of step with the rest of the area.
I posted this a on 8/18:
Mean temps this month for some stations in the area:
Fort Lauderdale: 85.0F
Miami Beach: 83.4F
Key Biscayne: 83.4F
North Miami: 83.7F
Hollywood: 84.1F
Miami (MIA): 86.6F
Due to the recent wet spell mean temps have dropped significantly (MIA is at 85.5F now) but the overall pattern is the same.
It's pretty normal. You probably have micro climates too. It happens all the time on the west coast. Two nearby stations can have very different averages.
This is not good. And those figures are just through today
