Enough with this 3 season idiocy. January is almost 20C colder than July, gets some snowfall and is clearly a season of cooler temps and shorter days. Remember, it doesn't need to be -20C and snowy to have a winter, it's just Nita cold winter.
Not my cup of tea this climate (I like warm year round and dry climates) but for a 4 season climate I think is my favorite. So i'll give it an A considering this factor.

I give D. Too mild in winter, too hot in summer and dry in my opinion. But still much better than cities in southern Spain such as Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada.
Winters are too cool. Summers are slightly too warm, although the cool lows are good. It's nicely sunny though and dry.

A dry version of a Cfa climate but enough rain to be Cfa. Marvelous amounts of sunshine hours. 4 seasons, but not extreme winters but cool/mild, although temperatures fall under -4ºC at least 1 day every year. Quick warm up in spring, excellent summers with low humidity and mild to cool summer nights enough to refresh your home without A/C. Snowy days every year and also every year you have summer thunderstorms. Not my cup of tea this climate (I like warm year round and dry climates) but for a 4 season climate I think is my favorite. A-, really nice. Temperatures are pretty much spot on perfect; but it's too dry in winter for me to consider this a mediterranean/cfa climate.
Summers too hot (-10)
Winters too cold (-15)
far too dry (-30)
far too sunny during summer (-4)
Summer nights too cold (-4)
total:37/100
grade: D-
3 days of snowfall is basically negligible.
