same daytime temperatures in summer as SE UK (and colder nights) and has the winters of SIBERIA - and it's on a LOWER latitude .

Nice sunshine totals at least - although i doubt you'd notice the sun in some of those temps -

Sunshine hours are quite decent btw. Would prefer it over most places in Scandinavia.

Horrible climate. You'd have to be a Mörön to like this one Brutally cold in winter, much too dry. The summer has enough warmth to avoid falling into the F band, so I give it an E.

Contrary to the name, it's pretty decent climate for me. I like precipitarion and sunshine patterns. Summer highs are also great. There are only 3 drawbacks: winters are too cold, summers are too sunny and summer nights too chilly.
Overall, it's B climate.

Actually, May-Sept highs are decent and sunshine hours are good. Winters suck though, and summer lows are chilly. Overall I'd say D- ? Bad, but not unlivable kind of bad.
