What about all the rain? Most people have complained about that.

Only October and November have excessive rain, and even then, it's not that bad.

The problem is that when it rains here in the fall/winter, it can last for days on end and just be a consistent, light rain. Even when it's not rainy, most of the time it's cloudy. That's the reason why Nov-Jan only average 50-60 hours of sunshine.

A-: October and November are too wet and December is a bit colder than I'd like, but it's almost perfect

Rated a B. January and February were too mild, the summer months are average, and December has quite a bit of ice and snow which I like

Good temperatures, but the rainfall is abysmal.
