14c dew point isn't that high.

Our typical July or August afternoon will have 15-16c dew points with 23-24c temps, and it doesn't feel uncomfortable.

23C with a DP of 16C here. Feels perfectly fine to me.

I really don't understand dew points, need to do some reading.

Is it an alternate way of measuring humidity?
