My knee is still sore from hitting the door last Thursday so will have to travel to Norrköping dressed in my worn-out running tracksuit because jeans still hurt too much to walk up stairs and will have to walk up plenty of those today

Will look fairly pathetic but limping would look even worse! Damned if I do, damned if I don't! It's quite weird though that when dressed in those I'm already back to full fitness Jeans just are too tight dammit.
