There is this one dumbass member on the World/Asia forums whose only criteria for judging a city seems to be the amount of billionaires it has what the actual ****. Apparently Chingchong or Bumwang or some other bull**** city noone outside of China has ever heard of is more important than Tokyo or Paris just because a bunch of billionaires (aka sweatshop owners) decided to settle there
