FML. Had cervical spinal stenosis surgery on Monday. Still in some pain. Haven't been in the gym for 3 weeks. Won't be able to workout for at least 6 more weeks. But at least the pinched nerve is fixed.
It's funny whenever a country that annexed a certain land blames the country they annexed it from for its water problems, as a result of the annexation. The Dnipro River canal was dammed in 2014. Russia actually expected to be able to freeload off of Ukraine in the territory they stole.
