Soon to be the northernmost place with 10C highs in the coldest month. I think if you calculate 85-15 normals, it should be there. I was pretty sure that La Rochelle in France was the current northernmost place like that but looking at Wiki it says not. I clearly remember that it was last time I checked, maybe someone was ****ing around with the Wiki data
Thank you! Yes, if it keeps warming, they should get that record.

Walla Walla, WA being at 46°3′54″N is the northernmost Csa (mediteranean) climate, though the winters are much colder than your typical Csa climate

Pasco, WA being at 46°14′19″N is probably the northernmost place that has the coldest daily mean above 0C and the hottest avg high above 34C

Northernmost continental place without any freezing never... Almería, Spain.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Almer%C3%ADa#Climate 36º 50'N, practically 37ºN, it's in the Iberian Peninsula.

Or does someone have data for another place above 37ºN which never recorded a temperature below 0ºC being part of a cotinent? (without counting small islands on the middle of the ocean, but on continents)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castel..._Plana#Climate

Looks like the northernmost location with 15C highs in the coldest month. The Spanish East Coast gets significantly chillier north of here. Coimbra which is a pinch farther north misses the threshold by .2C, I bet next decade it will surpass it

I wish the northernmost Balearic islands would have stations, maybe some of them would have 15C highs in January too

Next decade Castellón will increase too. Good find! 15.1ºC at 40ºN, not bad!

Barcelona remains close too, with 14.8ºC in January, and it's at 41º22'N

I agree with Alex: your criteria for what places to include and what not to include are arbitrary and inconsistent. Cerro Catedral is a ski resort, not a town, not even a village.

I've no problem with including ski resorts, they're places too.
