looks like Toronto but with milder winters - but the same patterns throughout .

D+, it's essentially an upgraded Upstate NY. Skopje, Mostar, and Podgorica at the same latitude are much nicer

This climate seems to be between an oceanic and continental climate. It is more continental than an oceanic climate but less continental than a continental climate. I gave it a C for the climate. It is not bad.
