Seattle finally reached 80F today, the first time since August 26th and people are complaining about the heat. I can never understand that. It's not like it's been constantly warm for months. Vancouver is at 75F and Portland at 90F.

Joe - sea temperatures Christchurch peak 17.2 . That is colder than the East coast here 17.8 .

Right now, there is no day in WO's 7-day forecast with a high of 27, even Saturday says 26.
