Coldest I've ever experienced was -19C here in 2010, I've never lived anywhere other than Warwickshire but I have been to Finland.

It's funny how different people are. I'm very sensitive to too much sun. No clouds at all is very depressing, and glaring to me. Clouds break up the monotony, and are pretty to look at. But then wall to wall clouds is monotonous. Like it is right now. Half, and half is good. Be nice if we could order our weather. Weather on demand, lol.

Lowest temperature which I experienced was -26c in February 2012, here in my town.
