D. Summers are alright; I'd prefer higher average highs and more sun. Winters are not cold enough.

C-

At least it's milder than here and liveable in that sense year round. Lacks a bit in the summer department to get a proper C.

The average of January in the city is about 7/1ºC. In July about 23/14ºC. Approximately there is a 0.5-1ºC difference between the high/low of each month due to the UHI.

Btw, this is the official station from the airport. So how would you rate it according to the chart from above?

Personally I give it a B-/C+ because I spent many times in the city. I love the climate from May to October, the summers are excellent.
Temperatures of Paris or less, two times more water. It should be somewhere between Y and Z, considering Paris weather as X-
More seriously, it's not very good, not awfull either. C- or D+...

C-

Winters are too mild, summers are cooler by an average for about 1 - 1,5 degrees than I like, but can pass.

Precipitation is good.

for a 22.2 c max in summer you'd expect January highs of 8c

not sure why Holland and Belgium miss out on these milder winter temps - it's right near the coast after all .

either a D+ or C- depending on the wind situation
