Extreme Cold is -35℃
Extreme Hot is +45℃

+45℃ will be at afternoon at sunny weather. -35℃ will be at night but you will have to be outside when it is either extreme cold or extreme hot. +45℃ will feel much hotter under Sun.

If it's a dry 45C, I'll take that. If it's a humid 45C, I'll take the cold option.

Do you take Sun into consideration? +45℃ under Sun will feel much hotter.

I've chosen -35℃. I think that I can protect myself from extreme cold with heavy clothes. There seems to be no way to protect myself from extreme hot.

+45℃ under Sun will feel much hotter. I don't know if you can protect yourself from Sun with an umbrella in your hand Extreme heat will come with Sun together. Sun should be taken into consideration.

+45°C, considering we have days that hot every year here. I don't do cold. Temps under +15°C make me uncomfortable
