D-. Incredibly boring. Mild, rainy winters. Cool, bone dry, thunder-less summers. At least it's generally sunny, dry and comfortable but still pretty bad.

San Diego, summer of 2015, would better than Gilroy with average highs in the low 80s and average lows around 70 right at the coast and SST in the mid 70s. Gilroy has too much diurnal range.

Summer highs are nice and I take it it has substantial sunshine hours. The lows are too cool all year round and winters are a bit too wet. But it's still much better than anywhere on the east coast.
