I voted B+. The summer fog can be a problem, winter rain is heavy, but the springs and falls are awesome.

pacific ocean moderating influence otherwise it would have been much colder in winter

I get the impression this data is based on a slightly inland location, as nearly coastal towns have 5-8 degree cooler summer highs.

As is, I give it a B for the mild, comfortable weather and solid winter rainfall. Not a big fan of fog though.
