Finally I manage to post another picture
The subject is again the mountain in from of my home, we had a couple of windy days in which its top was surrounded by clouds but finally we manage to see it again
It is absolutely impossible to see it from the picture, but this evening I could even see the bronze sculpture on it with just my naked eye. This is because of the sun angle (it was about sunset time, so the sun was hitting just on the statue with a low angle) but also because of the thick ice layer that covered it during the last few days of snow storm around the top.
Here a picture of the sculpture took yesterday (not by me, obviously): https://scontent.fmxp1-1.fna.fbcdn.n...6c&oe=59FE9E8B
Nice images, seems you can move to get the right angle for those photos despite your surgery. Don't know how tall those flowering plants were though.
I just sat down on the ground. lol. They were knee high or taller.
Im in some pain, but not imobile. They put a couple screws and a plate in my verterbrae C4,5 and 6 with a spacer.. Won't be lifting in the gym for a good 6 weeks

Good luck, surgery is nothing easy. Hopefully you have a smooth recover with no complications.
As for gym... just keep your diet good and probably lower intake of calories as now you are no longer physically active. If you can, just do something simple and light every day like pushups, stretching, and maybe some wall sits or squat jumps. You could also invest into some resistance bands. This is all of course if you are physically able as i do not know the extent of your physical limitation. Just some gym advice from someone who just got done with a 2 month break from the gym.

Thanks. I stopped working out at the beginning of July when the pinched nerve really started acting up again. I just became fed up and depressed.... I've already dropped 10lbs since the beginning of the summer. I haven't gone more than 2 weeks without working out in like 14 years so staying idle for the next 6+ weeks is really going to suck. I have to though. Don't want to risk anything. Maybe in 3 or 4 weeks I'll start with some elliptical training... We'll see. Surgeon said I will be without any restrictions within 2 months. I'm going to stay on my keto diet (under 50 grams of carbs daily) so at least I'll keep lean even if I lose muscle mass.
I had the surgery Monday. This was me on Tuesday morning taking selfies with the wife sleeping Lol
