Temis.nl. They seem to have pretty extensive data, and the results are more conservative than a lot of UV forecasts, but I also believe they're very accurate.
You're what, 6 degrees south of Leeds? They had 8 yesterday which is rare for them. You're not gonna gain 2 points of UVI from only 6 degrees of latitude. I'd say you'd gain about one point for that. The difference between Umeå and Stockholm is not even one UVI point with a 4.5 degree difference, and at low angles the difference is larger.
