Temperature in Tarifa is my ideal temperature in the summer, but I choose Valencia because here in my town is currently only 18c and it is cloudy.

Barcelona is also good.

Madrid, Huelva and Bajadoz are too hot.

Surprised with the Galician 20°C. It's as voted as those 24°C from the Basque coast.

I thought Tarifa would easily win with the southern coastal 26°C!

What about León? Is at 920m of altitude and has some dry 30°C. The night is excellent as it cools down fastly!

Morning temperatures in Leon are better (lower) than in coastal cities, that is an advantage of places which are located at high altitude, compered to the coastal cities or cities at low altitude.

Northern coast of Galicia/Asturias/Cantabria. Considering daily maximum temps reached 1~3°C higher later in the afternoon.
