Maybe December might manage a high in the 20s or two, but we're not going to get anywhere near 2014's total. The last time we had a high in the 20s in December was 2010 though.

Not counting today, so January 1st to August 11th.
Winter was above normal, so there weren't many cold days, especially in Milwaukee.

Thunder98, can you tell me what the wind conditions are like in Orcutt? Currently, I'm up in the Bay area of Calif and even though I'm probably 30 - 35 miles away from the water, I still get crazy, high winds out by me. Is Orcutt any better as far as wind is concerned? For example, the Rice Ranch Rd area near or in Orcutt is of interest to me. Thanks!

I'll do two years, 2016 which was a warmer than normal year, and 2010 which had a record cold winter and a record warm summer. 2017 has been record warm in nearly every month so far and is too dismal to be put into numbers.

2016:

60's: 16
70's: 100
80's: 234
90's: 15

2010:

40's: 1
50's: 11
60's: 33
70's: 101
80's: 190
90's: 29
