Nice four season climate, with great diurnal variation and great variation of weather condition through the year. Too low precipitations and too high sun hours but nice overall. It gets a B+ for me.

My vote is D/D-, from May to September is extremely nice (temp-wise, rain, sun hours...)

But the rest of the year is too cold and the winter extremely cold. But still a D for the nice 5 months!

E: winters are too cold and dry, summers are too hot and sunny. But at least it's not perpetually hot like Singapore and Mecca.

Would love to spend a July there, it looks superb.

I like that it's sunny, but winters are far too cold.
