Fredericton: winters are very cold, summers are warm and it's wet year-round. C.
St. John's: winters are cold and cloudy, summers are perfect and it's very wet year-round. B-.
Halifax: winters are cold, summers are good and it's very wet year-round. B-.
Toronto: winters are mildly cold, summers are warm (especially during the night) and it's wet year-round. C.
Charlottetown: winters are very cold, summers are good and it's very wet year-round. C.
Quebec City: winters are frigid, summers are warm and it's very wet year-round. D.

I don't know whether I should Prefer Victoria or St. John's. Victoria has better temperatures but St. John's has better precipitation.
