I have Flightradar24 on my phone and found it is a fun way to see local temps at just about any large airport in the world. You click on the airport symbol, and it gives the local time, an aerial view of the airport, the temp and wind at a glance, and a METAR including the dewpoint. Real cool and interesting.
Well I'm an aviation enthusiast, and love looking at aircraft and their flight paths. Those so-called weather apps are all 3rd party bulls**t, things like Accuweather, Wunderground etc are not worth a grain of salt. FR24 gives you real updated METAR from the world's airports.

Ah I see. And I agree that Accuweather and Wunderground are horrible, especially when it comes to non-US cities.
I never used it to check the weather, I never noticed it was a feature.
I actually downloaded the new Flightradar24 app today because they offered a free 3 month trial for the premium tier because I had the old app. I like the new precipitation overlay on the map, it's interesting to see all the flights being diverted around large storm systems.
