Don’t worry LJK1988, I predict an ultra active subtropical jet stream will inundate your location with record rainfall all summer long

Fear has set in for Spring.
Lol, at least your location will be graced with abundant rainfall all spring and summer long, due in part to an amplified subtropical jet stream and a monsoon over the Gulf and The Eastern Seaboard, meanwhile, the Plains and Midwest could become Dust Bowls this spring and summer season .

Not sure... typically the top of the SER is north more in Spring and Summer that means I would be inside the ridge which means dry. All the moisture would ride over the top so Canada or Northern New England would be wetter. Typically El Ninos are more cloudy and wet here in Summers. La Nina are Hot and Dry.

Be nice if you were right dwight. But it never works that way. Just look at the last 3 summers. Nothing most of the summer and BOOM 20 to 30" in 3 to 4 weeks time. I would rather get 10" per core summer month than 2" in June and 3" in July then get 30" in 4 weeks time and then no rain the rest of the summer.

Not a surprise. This winter has been a La Niña classic.

Any more winters like 2013-2014 and I would gladly relocate somewhere warmer.

Headed northward in the future. Most of the US is much too far south in latitude and far too warm overall.

A La Nina classic? The SE experienced record cold which is not at all "a La Nina classic".
