I smell utter Bull**** for this upcoming winter for the Midwestern United States, one could only HOPE for another 2013-2014 style winter rather than a brutally cold and bone dry winter

CFSv2 didn't have La Nina a few months ago. Pretty big difference

Other than CFSv2 which calls for weak La Nina now, most other models forecasting La Nada for the remainder of the year and into winter 2018
