Samokov is one of my favirite climates, only I would like more precipitation in the winter https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samokov#Climate

Sunshine hours are probably similar as Blagoevgrad https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blagoevgrad#Climate because Samokov is located 51 km northeast from Blagoevgrad.
