I'll give it a C for the cool summers. Winters are a bit too brutal for me - if I have to deal with temps like that, there'd better be snow.

brutal winters and hopelessly short and weak crummers. Only avoids the F because it is not Bouvet Island.

Not much fun to be had in Mongolia in general...

had to give it an F....way cold. I did work in Mongolia for 16 months and loved the experience but it is super cold.

Some months can be variable, while others can be monotonous, especially in Summer.

No, its for some people who don't like to feel too cold or hot and like lots of sunshine. Those temperatures are so comfortable all year. Swimming in the sea could be done when you get summer heatwaves. And considering the Isles of Scilly in the UK have palm trees, I can't see any reason why they wouldn't grow here.
