Fairbanks. Winters are not as cold and summer is still acceptable (despite being slightly cooler).

Talk about Sophie’s choice lol if I had to live in either place I would choose Fairbanks over Mohe only because the winters in Fairbanks are milder than in Mohe City. All in all though, both cities are unlivable iceboxes, and I’m glad that I don’t actually live in either one

Both seem to get pretty bad in the winter, so I'll just compare their summers.

Fairbanks is 6 degrees cooler in the summertime and is less humid

Fairbanks wins for me
