Not surprised, though I haven't witnessed actual "snow-rage" myself.
At many street corners the snow is piled 4-6 feet tall; high enough that when I approach the corner, I can't see oncoming traffic while driving a fullsize 1/2 ton (2wd) pickup truck, even though my eye-level is easily 5-5.5 feet above the road.
Many parking lots have much less spaces and smaller spaces than before, as well as our typically generously-sized two lane residental streets, roughly 2.5 lanes wide (to accomodate snow) are now more like 1.5 lanes and we have to pull over to let other cars pass. In many places the snow is piled 5-7 feet out from the nearest curb, making residential streets 10-14 feet narrower than before.
