Very efficient snow removal, ditto for Montreal.

A-. Quebec City in my opinion it has still a better climate overall but Ottawa has also a very good year round weather. Very nice snowfall, perfect winter temperatures and very good extremes (even better than Quebec City in this way), but it has slightly less rain than I would think, it has just too much sun hours and it is a little bit too hot during summer regarding maxima. Anyway a very nice climate overall, Canada has the best climates of the world in my opinion.

Ottawa is a solid B climate. Summers are cooler than I like though.

Great climate. Lots of snow in winter and is less prone to massive warmups than Toronto. Summers are a little chilly, but the humidity makes up for that.
