Interesting climate for France.

Cold winter by French standards and cool lows all year round
but decent sunshine, about sames as Montreal or Ottawa sunshine hrs.

And it's in southern France, south central in the mountains.

I rate this climate a D. To high sun hours (even if only slightly), just a few precipitations less than I would like, decent summers (even if not by much) but far too mild winters. Not a great climate in general.

One of the better climates in France. Still, seasonality isn't nearly high enough and could use a lot more precipitation. This is a C- at best.

Not too bad i suppose ,it's like a cold Portsmouth - it's pretty chilly but sunshine totals aren't terrible

Oh put a sock in it. He probably said it's improved because of the higher sunshine hours.

Interestingly cold summer lows, but it's too dry and too sunny in summer, and the winters are also too sunny and seem kinda boring. B-

Edit: I just saw how slowly the spring warms up. That bumps it down to at least a C.

possibly and that is understandable ,but he needs to get over his unhealthy obsession with London by constant references -

he was probably turned down for a visa to the old country to join his 10 million compatriots over here lol

he's now crying the night away after seeing his city trounced by Moscow no less
