I rate this climate a D. To high sun hours (even if only slightly), just a few precipitations less than I would like, decent summers (even if not by much) but far too mild winters. Not a great climate in general.
A somewhat of an improved London. Nice summers. Still too anemic and cloudy outside of summer. Would prefer warmer winters - But at least they aren't terribly gloomy.
Oh put a sock in it. He probably said it's improved because of the higher sunshine hours.
possibly and that is understandable ,but he needs to get over his unhealthy obsession with London by constant references -
he was probably turned down for a visa to the old country to join his 10 million compatriots over here lol
he's now crying the night away after seeing his city trounced by Moscow no less
