Prishtina easily. Mildest summer and second sunniest. Winters aren't freezing either.

Belgrade and Zagreb (especially Belgrade) are as big cities under the strong influence of urbanization, and because of that they are quite warmer than suburbs and places in the immediate vicinity.

For example this is the climate of suburb of Belgrade 1981-2010 https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belgrad#Klima

And this is the climate of Varaždin, which is located only around 60km as the crow flies from Zagreb https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Varaždin#Climate

Coldest month on average: February 1929 -9,1c

Coldest January on average: January 1905 -7,8c

Warmest month on average: August 1946 23,6c


First day with snow on average: November 4

Last day with snow on average: April 23

First formation of snow cover on average: November 18

Last formation of snow cover on average: April 6
