Elko for sure.

I like the hot dry summers and the cold and relatively snowy winters, however it's a bit on the dry side. Branson's summers look horrific and it looks like they can get mid winter heatwaves.

Elko. Like other towns in the NV desert such as Ely, it is known for its gold mines, casinos, and brothels more so than its climate.
