Unfortunately it doesn't last long and sometimes it makes the humidity feel even worse
1. Fahrenheit
2. No hoodie - it may drop from 95 to 75-80.
3. In the summer it rains nearly every day, most of the time for just an hour or so but they are intense storms.

I live in Orlando, FL. The temp may drop during a summer thunderstorm, but as soon as the sun comes back it's back to steamy weather again. I miss those days, growing up in the North, when a heat wave would be broken by a welcome thunderstorm.

I think it's natural that when the heat temperature raises then rain happens which lower the temperature but the next day same temperature if rains stop.

Unless you live in a northern climate and the rain is bringing in a cold front.

This is very typical in Southern Cone. Also days with rain in general are colder and more humid, and the temperature rises as general humidity falls

Wouldn't rain drop the ambient temperature regardless of what climate you're in? Of course, the temperature drops more in certain climates than others (seems like dry climates get more of a drop with rain).

When it rains here is when we get "lows" in the lower 70s. The lows normally occur during the thunderstorm or right after, if the sun comes back out the temperature rises again.

On summer days where it doesn't rain here is when we get most of our 80+ lows.

It is usually cooler after it rains here in WI. Does it feel cold? Not usually.
